Welcome to The Dixie Diarist! This is an unashamed and Unreconstructed Southron website. We offer you books by Southrons, about Southrons, for Southrons. Our focus here is on the diaries/journals, memoirs, biographies and fiction by or about Southrons and the Old South from a decidedly Southron point of view. If you're tired of Yankee-inspired revisionist history, you're in the right place! This is a Southron business for Southron people by a Southron family. (Don't worry, we like y'all Copperheads, too!)

We believe in family values, the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in a free Southron Nation. We are pro-life, pro-gun, pro-liberty, and we believe that God doesn't just deserve a place in the public life, but that it is His Divine right and no nation can long survive without honoring that.
